Are you rapture ready?

Hello I have been watching, reading and studying about American's fever over the End Times and how many churches, pastors and assorted individuals that have jumped onto the wide highway to countdown to Rapture,End Times and let's not forget those who are banging the drum of blood moons,Jewish events being tied together. Another thought is the groups that go to Jerusalem and walk around taking pictures and buying souvenirs with all of that going on it reminds me of this.
The Rapture and all that about the END has become a HUGE money making machine for those who write books, those who book the tours and for those who are right now speaking at churches across the country telling the body that this time they are right and in April Jesus will return. I say this all the clamouring to get the latest book or to listen to the newest teacher of hidden messages it is all bunk. The Rapture is a BIG Racket. It makes money for those selling the books and it makes money for those who book speaking engagements on TV shows,etc.etc.
Here's my thoughts Read your Bible, pray for understanding by the Holy Spirit,Trust God and not some person looking to promote something.
Our focus should be having a intimate, personal relationship with Jesus Christ. And in that you become discerning and you desire to seek the Truth.
Our focus should be on what Jesus asked us to do,working the harvest and no to be consumed by rapture theories or to go around with the attitude of "OH when do we get to leave?"
Give yourself to Christ Jesus surrender your fears, doubts, hopes and dreams and let the One who created you grow you. Pax Carl

Awesome God!

Today I read Psalm 99 and is speaks of God's Awesome,Mighty Ways. Let's look at it.
Ps 99:1 Jehovah reigned, the peoples shall be moved: he dwelling in the cherubs; the earth shall quake.
Ps 99:2 Jehovah is great in Zion, and he was raised up over all peoples.
Ps 99:3 They shall praise thy great and terrible name: he is holy.
Ps 99:4 And the king's strength loved judgment; thou didst prepare uprightnesses, thou didst judgment and justice in Jacob.
Ps 99:5 Exalt ye Jehovah our God, and worship at the footstool of his feet; he is holy.
Ps 99:6 Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among those calling upon his name; calling to Jehovah and he will answer them.
Ps 99:7 In a pillar of cloud he will speak to them: they watched his testimonies, and the law he gave them.
Ps 99:8 O Jehovah our God, thou didst answer them; thou wert God lifting up to them, and taking vengeance for all their doings.
Ps 99:9 Exalt ye Jehovah our God, and worship at his holy mountain; for Jehovah our God is holy.

I used  SLT HOLY BIBLE:CONTAINING THE OLD AND NEW TESTAMENTS;TRANSLATED LITERALLY FROM THE ORIGINAL TONGUES HARTFORD, CONN:
AMERICAN PUBLISHING COMPANY
1876
The reason is due to the name of God used is Jehovah which I believe conveys the Sovereigness of God and we tend to forget that God/Jehovah created all and He is Worthy to receive our all worship, praise and we have done something that needs to be addressed. What I am talking about is the way we have brought God down to our level, made Jehovah more human, more like a daddy figure. Yes He shows and gives us a love like no dad could ever give us but we must not forget that God is Holy,God is to be exalted and His Name is above all names.
How many of you have the fear of the Lord. Fear(Awe,Reverence, morally, reverent)  Jehovah God Lord Almighty Awesome in Power all the words describe what? That there is no other God like Jehovah and that He Loves us so much that He sent His Only Son Jesus Christ to pay the ultimate price for every man, woman and child's sins and His Blood cleanses us,spotless standing before the Father.

As I heard last night Jesus paid a price that I could never pay and He gave me Life when I deserved  Death!
Many of you that may read this may feel as your sins are way to great or way too horrible to be forgiven. Let me tell you something there is no sin or sins that will keep you from forgiveness,a life eternal with Jesus. How do I know this? I thought my sins were too huge and too disgusting to even be spoken let alone thought of. When that moment comes in your life as it did in mine I surrendered all I am to Christ Jesus and I knew for the first time the limitless embrace and love of God/Jehovah knowing that I was washed by the Blood of the Lamb. FORGIVEN! SAVED! Changed for the rest of my life.
So give your worse to the Lamb of God and follow The Messiah's Ways, learn from Him,walk with Him and what you receive when you surrender you to Him. It is life changing beyond any ideas you may have about following Jesus!
Many of you have ideas you have heard from the pulpit and your own concepts of God/Jesus/Holy Spirit and you may have walked away from Christ thinking there is no God. God waits He hasn't turned His Face away from you. With a repentant heart and a willing soul and speaking from your pain He will hear you. Let Jesus come and comfort you and embrace you in loving arms and let the Holy Spirit guide you and show you the WAY and the TRUTH and the LIFE. Follow Jesus, read His Word the Holy Bible and give God the chance. GOD IS SOVEREIGN!

Hearing From God?? Are you?

Lately I have seen and hear some things concerning "How to hear God's Voice." and I have some comments on this.
But first lets look at the final authority:God's word......The bible is always the Final Authority.
Acts 4:24 And when they heard it, they lifted their voices together to God and said, “Sovereign Lord, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and everything in them,
Job 38:4 “Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth? Tell me, if you have understanding.
Job 38:5 Who determined its measurements-surely you know! Or who stretched the line upon it?
Matt 16:23 But he turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me, Satan! You are a hindrance to me. For you are not setting your mind on the things of God, but on the things of man.”
Rom 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
Deut 10:12 “And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul,
Job 28:28 And he said to man, ‘Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom, and to turn away from evil is understanding.’”
Ps 111:10 the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. A good understanding to all that do it: his praise continueth for ever and ever.

Here is my point: God is the Almighty,Creator of Heaven and Earth and He is Sovereign and in
Isa 55:9 For high have the heavens been above the earth, So high have been My ways above your ways, And My thoughts above your thoughts.God's awesome ways and His wonderful thoughts! Praise God!
When we start to bring God into the human arena, our ways and our thoughts and we begin to look as if we are on equal ground with God we lose our awe, reverence of God and that is not a good place for us to be.
Yes as Followers of Christ we can have the mind of Christ but that doesn't give us the right to tell God how, what and or when He should speak to us or what we will or will not do.God knows beyond any comprehension of ours how, what and when He chose's to use us or mold us how He wants.
Now I believe it is a dangerous practice to think that we have it all under control when it comes to the spiritual realm and all it takes is a simple formula to get to a place where we will hear from God because as the bible states: 1John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
Just because we "hear" from a spirit and we think it speaks from God and we go about following or allowing such spirit into ourselves we can be lead astray, into deception. Remember that Lucifer spoke to Eve this:
Gen 3:4 And the serpent said to the woman: No, you shall not die the death.
Gen 3:5 For God doth know that in what day soever you shall eat thereof, your eyes shall be opened: and you shall be as Gods, knowing good and evil.
And sin then entered the human race......
Now I am not saying we can't hear from God or there is just one special way to receive, what I am saying is that if God speaks it will always line up with His Word Old Testament and New Testament 100% and when you hear from God He will deal with you in a unique way, personal way and you don't tell Him when and you don't pray a special way to assure success because we can think we can do it that way but God is always in control and He always has a Plan. And He may decide to speak to you in the shower,on the toilet,in your car stuck in traffic, anyway or anytime that's what I am saying.

Ps 95:1 Come! Let’s sing for joy to the LORD! Let’s shout out praises to our protector who delivers us!
Ps 95:2 Let’s enter his presence with thanksgiving! Let’s shout out to him in celebration!
Ps 95:3 For the LORD is a great God, a great king who is superior to all gods.
Ps 95:4 The depths of the earth are in his hand, and the mountain peaks belong to him.
Ps 95:5 The sea is his, for he made it. His hands formed the dry land.
Ps 95:6 Come! Let’s bow down and worship! Let’s kneel before the LORD, our creator!
Ps 95:7 For he is our God; we are the people of his pasture, the sheep he owns. Today, if only you would obey him!
Ps 95:8 He says, “Do not be stubborn like they were at Meribah, like they were that day at Massah in the wilderness,
Ps 95:9 where your ancestors challenged my authority, and tried my patience, even though they had seen my work.
Ps 95:10 For forty years I was continually disgusted with that generation, and I said, ‘These people desire to go astray; they do not obey my commands.’
Ps 95:11 So I made a vow in my anger, ‘They will never enter into the resting place I had set aside for them.’”

Walking with Jesus Christ

For each of you and also for me in this walk with the Lord Jesus Christ I believe we grow into our walk like our real life starts.
When we first hear about Jesus Christ we become very excited and sometimes like I did very zealous telling everyone I could.
Then we become like sponges for Jesus and all the knowledge we can get
Then we grow and mature by the Holy Spirit working in our lives, and with the change we seek the Ways and the Words of God. Jesus Christ becomes so very personal, and to be loved by Him. Then as the Holy One takes our form into His Hands we become as God intended us to be. Now as for each of us God has a plan and some of us have had to be molded and formed many times over and over. I believe this process happens to us and sometimes the pain of that process is what we think is unbearable or we felt that we may die(or we hope, plea for death) in that process God has a plan and it concerns God's growth for our soul.
So as another day passes where we all have had moments to reflect, learn, grow and to share with other's how Jesus has changed you. Oh you ask how can I do that I work in a ______,or I am _________ or I don't know_____________. Just fill in the blanks I have more times than I care to admit. Be I can tell you this; No excuses is good enough to stop you or I sharing Jesus Christ.Because as we grow and mature our hearts, minds and souls show He who Lives in us,Jesus shines thru. Even if you may be stuck in a  job you dislike or you are unable to move the way you used to we all can study, pray, live for Jesus an be the example for others  and anyone we come into contact with each day via the internet, phone calls and stores we go to.
So don't be discouraged  Study God's Words get them into you Pray for any and all that God places on your mind and lift up those ones that are lost and Pray that the world's people hear the Truth of Jesus Christ and that we all Follow Jesus in ways that we cause many to ask "Who is this Jesus Christ?" And that;s when you will know that all you know is Everytime you planted a word, action or prayers, smile see or unseen God uses that. So no matter what you think. God has a PLAN Jesus Christ is the answer.

The Day of the Lord

Scripture tells of a time at the end of this age when God will strike down rebellious mankind to prepare for the return of Jesus Christ.
A major prophetic event looms on the horizon. The great prophets of the Bible, Isaiah, Jeremiah and Ezekiel wrote about it. The so-called Minor Prophets—Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Zephaniah, Zechariah and Malachi—also emphasized this event. Even the Apostles Peter and Paul wrote about it. It is called the Day of the Lord. But just what is it? And how does it fit into the framework of Bible prophecy?
The book of Joel contains a prophecy for our generation: “Blow the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; for the day of the Lord is coming, for it is at hand: a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, like the morning clouds spread over the mountains. A people come, great and strong, the like of whom has never been; nor will there ever be any such after them, even for many successive generations” (Joel 2:1–2).
Almighty God will intervene in human affairs in a dramatic way. There will be major wars during this time when God executes judgment on the nations. Not only will military weapons bring destruction; there will also be vast ecological devastation. “What the chewing locust left, the swarming locust has eaten; what the swarming locust left, the crawling locust has eaten; and what the crawling locust left, the consuming locust has eaten” (Joel 1:4).
Even today, locust invasions are not unheard of. In July 1874, the prairie region of the United States experienced the largest locust infestation in recorded history. An estimated 198,000 square miles of land—an area nearly twice that of the state of Colorado, and larger than Germany, Iraq or Japan—was shrouded by 12.5 trillion locusts that devoured crops, foliage, leather fabric and more. The thick layer of dead insects became so troublesome that even railroad traffic was stopped as tracks had to be cleared.
Earlier this year, the island nation of Madagascar found itself battling a locust infestation that threatened two-thirds of the nation’s land mass. Experts have identified at least 100 locust swarms across the island, consisting of about 500 billion ravenous insects that eat about 100,000 tons of vegetation daily. The nation’s livelihood is threatened, yet this is a minor disturbance when compared to the future plagues that will make today’s seem minor by comparison.
When God brings punishments upon rebellious nations, He will call upon them to humble themselves and repent! Of course, you and I need not wait until then: “Consecrate a fast, call a sacred assembly; gather the elders and all the inhabitants of the land into the house of the Lord your God, and cry out to the Lord. Alas for the day! For the day of the Lord is at hand; it shall come as destruction from the Almighty” (Joel 1:14–15).
The Day of the Lord is the time of God’s judgment on the nations. It is the time when Almighty God will begin to intervene more directly and powerfully in mankind’s affairs.
Seven Seals
In Revelation 5, we read of a scroll sealed with seven seals. Jesus, the Revelator, opens those seals, as described in Revelation 6. The first four seals are known as the four horsemen of the Apocalypse. The first horse (the white horse) and its rider represent false religions—false Christs.
The second seal reveals a horseman (riding a red horse) with the power to take peace from the earth. The third seal presents a rider (on a black horse) representing the scarcity of food and resulting famine. The fourth seal shows a rider (on a pale horse) named “Death and Hades.” These riders’ combined power will bring destruction to one-fourth of the earth.
This description parallels the events Jesus outlined in His Olivet Prophecy: “For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places” (Matthew 24:7).
The trumpet plagues described in the book of Revelation are waiting for us on the horizon. And we are laying the foundation for our own destruction. As Jesus said, “unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened” (Matthew 24:22).
The Day of the Lord is a coming time of  God’s powerful intervention in world affairs. God will even stir the elements of nature to bring great destruction as He calls on carnal human beings to repent and seek Him. He will judge rebellious nations, even letting them destroy one another in world conflict.
An Intensified Ride
Critics say we have always had war, famine and pestilence. But we will see the four horsemen of the Apocalypse intensify their ride with increasing global impact as time goes on. These four horsemen are revealed as Christ opens the first four seals. What happens when Christ opens the fifth seal? “When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held” (Revelation 6:9).
Here we read of the martyrdom of the saints—true Christians. In the first century, the Emperor Nero violently persecuted Christians and put them to death. This fifth seal also predicts a major end-time persecution of God’s people. Then Jesus opens the sixth seal, revealing the heavenly signs that will shock people all over the earth.
John wrote: “I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood. And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place” (Revelation 6:12–14).
Not only will asteroids and meteorites frighten people, but massive earthquakes will also shake the earth. As the Apostle John saw in vision, “every mountain and island was moved out of its place.” Almighty God will get the attention of rebellious humanity through these earthquakes and heavenly signs. The Creator God tells us, “Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven” (Hebrews 12:26).
Obviously, it would be better for all of us to repent and humble ourselves before God now, rather than having to be shaken for our rejection of the Creator and His way of life! Yes, the great men of the earth will flee in terror. The Apostle John recorded their fearful response: “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?” (Revelation 6:16–17).
To use the vernacular, God will “get our attention!” The heavenly signs will terrify people. The great leaders of the earth will be frightened.
The heavenly signs introduce the Day of the Lord, the time of God’s wrath and judgment on an unthankful, rebellious world. Jesus Christ, the Lamb, will be wrathful. He will execute God’s righteous judgments. The Day of the Lord is called, here, “the great Day of His wrath!” (v. 17)
A Day for a Year
Just how long is this “Day” of the Lamb’s wrath? As many Bible students know, prophecy often uses a day to indicate a year. The Day of the Lord, in one sense, is the year preceding the return of Christ! Isaiah made this plain. “For it is the day of the Lord’s vengeance, the year of recompense for the cause of Zion” (Isaiah 34:8).
The environmental and political problems symbolized by the four horsemen of the Apocalypse will continue to intensify. There will be wholesale religious persecution, as revealed through the fifth seal of Revelation. The sixth seal, the heavenly signs, will awaken the world to the beginning of the Day of the Lord—the seventh seal!
The seventh seal lasts approximately one year and it consists of seven trumpet plagues. As John described: “When He opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and to them were given seven trumpets” (Revelation 8:1–2). The trumpets give us warning—they announce seven plagues or judgments!
Notice in Revelation 8 that as the first four angels sound their trumpets there is great ecological devastation all over the earth. There are earthquakes. Vast areas of vegetation are burned up. A third of all sea life dies. Water sources are poisoned. The heavens are darkened.
The last three trumpet plagues are called woes. The word “woe” is an exclamation of grief! “And I looked, and I heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, ‘Woe, woe, woe to the inhabitants of the earth, because of the remaining blasts of the trumpet of the three angels who are about to sound!’” (Revelation 8:13).
Revelation 9 describes the first woe, or the fifth trumpet plague. This “plague” is a devastating military action lasting for five months. The second woe, the sixth trumpet plague, pictures an intense military counter-attack from the east, by a 200 million-man army that will kill one-third of the world’s population. This phase of World War III will kill billions of people! Yes, Jesus said that unless those days were shortened no flesh would be saved—otherwise, all life on earth would be destroyed.
Next we hear the sound of the seventh trumpet. For Christians, the sounding of the seventh trumpet is good news, because it announces the return of Jesus Christ and the establishment of the Kingdom of God on earth. We all need to be preparing for that time! “Then the seventh angel sounded: and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, ‘The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!’” (Revelation 11:15). What wonderful news!
But the seventh trumpet is also called the third woe! Why? Because it will also signal the final seven plagues. This will be an intense fulfillment of the day of God’s wrath. “Then I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous: seven angels having the seven last plagues, for in them the wrath of God is complete” (Revelation 15:1).
You can read the description of these plagues in Revelation 16. They include plagues of painful sores on those who have worshiped the Beast power and its image. They include even greater poisoning of rivers and seas to the extent that “every living creature in the sea died” (Revelation 16:3). The sun will become hotter—resulting in extreme heat waves tormenting those who will not repent of their sins!
A Victorious Ending!
Finally, when Christ returns to this earth, He will judge and conquer all His enemies. These are the enemies of peace. These are the enemies of Christ—and these powerful armies are influenced by fallen angels or demons (cf. Revelation 16:14).
This year-long period called the Day of the Lord ends with the announcement that Christ is taking over all the kingdoms and governments of this world! That is the good news we all look forward to hearing!
Jesus Christ will be victorious over the world’s armies! They will foolishly choose to fight Him at His coming, but Christ Himself, the King of kings, will prevent humanity from destroying itself! Jesus Christ will save the world from destruction and will bring our planet peace and restoration for a thousand years! We all look forward to hearing that seventh trumpet sound, because it will announce the coming Kingdom of God on Earth.
In one sense, the Day of the Lord is the year preceding the return of Christ. In another sense, it continues on through the millennium and on out to eternity.
The Apostle Peter described it this way: “But the Day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells” (2 Peter 3:10–13).
Peter exhorted Christians to be in a spiritual state of readiness. We must be alert to the Day of the Lord, a sobering period of judgment on the nations. Beyond that lies tomorrow’s world, a wonderful millennium with beauty, prosperity and restoration under the rulership of Christ. May God speed that day! And may you and I be ready for it!

REDEEMED! Are You?

Do you really understand the price that was paid for our Salvation and what Jesus Christ did for all of us?Are you Redeemed by the Blood?

Ps 26:11 But as for me, I shall walk in my integrity; redeem me, and be gracious to me.
Ps 44:26 Rise up; come to our help! Redeem us for the sake of your steadfast love!
Ps 69:18 Draw near to my soul, redeem me; ransom me because of my enemies!
Ps 103:4 who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy,
Ps 119:134 Redeem me from man's oppression, that I may keep your precepts.
Ps 119:154 Plead my cause and redeem me; give me life according to your promise!

We are redeemed from the Wrath of God and we are redeemed from the fires of hell,we have done nothing to deserve this Grace.......But as you and I know(hopefully know) that God is in control and He has things all set in place for when Jesus returns. If you don't know this email me @ jeremiah156@live.com and I will try to help you receive the Joy,Love,Grace and Mercy of Jesus into your soul.
When we look around and see, hear all the negative and awful events occurring in our world and we sometimes get caught up in the worries and concerns that consume many.Know this and cling to  it that Jesus saves and to follow Him is not difficult but it is Life-Changing!
Jesus Christ has paid with His Blood the price that NONE of us could have paid! So why did you flounder in the mess and garbage that we hear, the gossip around the office, workplace and the shortsightedness, self centered way of living that many have embraced.

Look to Christ ,the Messiah, the One and Only perfect sacrifice who willingly gave His Life and who picked it up again to draw all men to Him!
John 12:32 And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.”

Here is the breakdown of the meanings of REDEEM in the Hebrew; Redeem/Strong's reference numbers are  H6299 ,H1350 so you can look them up.The words that are BOLD are the Hebrew meanings
Jesus is our Kinsman,Jesus is our Redeemer,Jesus is our Avenger,Jesus is our Deliver,Jesus has Purchased our Salvation and He paid the Ransom to Preserve us and Jesus Christ has Rescued those who follow Him from Eternal Separation from God the Father!

Here are the words to one of my favourite Hymns of old.
Redeemed, how I love to proclaim it!
Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb;
Redeemed through His infinite mercy,
His child and forever I am.
Refrain
Redeemed, redeemed,
Redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb;
Redeemed, redeemed,
His child and forever I am.
Redeemed, and so happy in Jesus,
No language my rapture can tell;
I know that the light of His presence
With me doth continually dwell.
Refrain
I think of my blessèd Redeemer,
I think of Him all the day long:
I sing, for I cannot be silent;
His love is the theme of my song.
Refrain
I know there’s a crown that is waiting,
In yonder bright mansion for me,
And soon, with the spirits made perfect,
At home with the Lord I shall be.

I stand in Awe!

Today was another big day for me. Lately I have been dealing with more back pain in my lumbar region and I have been getting frustrated in how my body is  the reacting to the weather and to age. So decided that there has to be an end to this. So when I was up last night with pain I started to listen after praying about what does Father God want or in better words. How is this moment been brought into my life Answer By God. Now do I ask the next question? Yes! What am I to  understand or learn from this? Answer a bit harder to hear. My Grace and My Mercy! I am Your God Who had sent His Son to paid for your sins and the sins of all Mankind and by His Blood You now have Life eternal with Me Forever.
